To Our Be Well Patients,

As the world and our nation are facing the increased impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we feel that it is vital to share with you what we are doing to help keep our patients and the community safe and healthy. Please know that the medical staff at Be Well are monitoring and implementing best practices daily to keep our patients safe. We are encouraging “social distancing” as a way to prevent this terrible virus from spreading. Our clinic will remain open and will have the same hours. However, to limit the amount of direct contact, we will be offering TeleVisits to our patients. These visits will be scheduled with one of our providers and be carried out similar to a regular visit. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for all of you. We will need your email address to register you on our portal and get you web-enabled. Alternatively, you may also use the Healow application. Contact the clinic and request a TeleVisit, and one of our staff members will guide you through the process. We understand that this is a difficult time, but please know that all of us here at Be Well will always help you to stay healthy. Please don’t hesitate to call the clinic with any questions or concerns.
